Please click the above "Enter" button. When pressed a small box will appear asking you for your username and password.

At this point ...

Staff - If your username is e.g. fredb then type wcc\fredb

Students - If your username is e.g. 6000 then type wcc\6000

Then type your password as normal, and click the "OK" button. Your email should appear at this point. (In some cases your version of Windows/Internet Explorer will mean three boxes appear, in this case just time your username e.g. fredb (without wcc\), then in the third box asking for Domain, Enter WCC into this box).

NOTE (Home Use/Staff)- Please add *.west-cheshire.ac.uk to your Pop-Up Blockers exception list (if using Windows XP SP2), otherwise you may find certain items (e.g. replies) don't appear - For instructions on how to do so, please Click Here.
